Decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber
passed in Zurich, Switzerland, on 31 July 2008,
in the following composition:
Slim Aloulou (Tunisia), Chairman
Mario Gallavotti (Italy), member
Joaquim Evangelista (Portugal), member
on an matter between the club
D,
and
A Club,
and
Club B,
as “Intervening party”,
regarding the solidarity contribution related to the transfer of the player,

Decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber
1.
The claim of Grupo D is accepted.
2.
A Club has to pay to Grupo D the amount of EUR 5,000 within the next 30 days
as from the date of notification of this decision.
3.
Clube B has to reimburse A Club the amount of EUR 5,000 within the next 30
days as from the date of notification of this decision.
4.
In the event that the above-mentioned amount is not paid by A Club to Grupo D
within the above-stated deadline, an interest rate of 5% per year will apply as
from the 31st day of notification of this decision and the present matter shall be,
upon request, submitted to FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee, for its consideration and
decision.
5.
In the event that the above-mentioned amount is not reimbursed by Clube B to A
Club within the above-stated deadline, an interest rate of 5% per year will apply
as from the 31st day of notification of this decision and the present matter shall be,
upon request, submitted to FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee, for its consideration and
decision.
6.
Grupo D is instructed to inform A Club immediately and directly of the account
number to which the remittance is to be made and to notify the Dispute
Resolution Chamber of every payment received.
7.
A Club is instructed to inform Clube B immediately and directly of the account
number to which the reimbursement is to be made and to notify the Dispute
Resolution Chamber of every payment received.

A request for the grounds of the decision must be sent, in writing, to the FIFA general
secretariat within 10 days of receipt of notification of the findings of the decision.
Failure to do so within the stated deadline will result in the decision coming into force.
